Mojio announced Connected Car Service With MetroPCS

Mojio announced that it has partnered with MetroPCS to power its comprehensive connected car solution. The solution is named MetroSMART Ride.

Mojio is cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for deployment of secure connected car apps and services. It has already tied up with major telecom operators such as Deutsche Telekom, T-Mobile US, and TELUS to deliver convenient car ownership experience. MetroPCS is a prepaid wireless service provider and part of T-mobile.

The partnership will allow MetroPCS to adapt suite of telco-grade IoT solutions from Mojio. In addition, Mojio will offer its leading cloud platform service and mobile apps for connected cars. Mojio's current deployment spans among 750,000 connected cars in five countries across North America and Europe. MetroPCS partnership comes as Mojio’s eighth deployment of an operator-branded IoT service, says the announcement.

The newly announced solution, MetroSMART Ride, is available at MetroPCS retail locations starting on Aug. 31, 2018.
