Amdocs buys TTS Wireless to enhance 5G Network Planning Services

Amdocs announced that it has acquired the TTS Wireless for $50 million in cash.

TTS Wireless is a privately-owned company of mobile network engineering services, specialization in planning, network optimization, and software-enabled solutions.

Amdocs will able to help service providers to efficiently optimize their open cloud networks, notes the announcement.

Boost to 5G services

Amdocs revealed that the acquisition would enable the combination of TTS Wireless field-proven 5G network planning services to the Amdocs Open 5G portfolio.

This expanded offering will help operators to accelerate and simplify the deployment of 5G networks with comprehensive network rollout solutions, the announcement says.
