Infogain acquires Cloud Solutions provider Silicus Technologies

Infogain Corporation announced the acquisition of the Silicus Technologies as it looks to scale its service offerings in the Internet of Things (IoT) and Cloud.

Founded in 1990, San Francisco based Infogain corporation is a digital transformation technology services firm with expertise in cloud, microservices, robotic process automation, and artificial intelligence. The company has raised total funding of $63 Million, according to Crunchbase.

Silicus acquisition empowers Infogain with expertise in the Microsoft Azure cloud platform along with expertise in the Internet of Things (IoT).

Infogain's Acquisition of Silicus Technologies

With the acquisition of Silicus Technologies, Infogain will be in a position to deliver the solutions from the edge to cloud for its clients in the travel & hospitality, insurance, hi-tech industries.

Silicus has around 500 employees in the Houston office and around 450 employees based out of Pune. They will be joining the Infogain 4000, and more workforce spread across the globe, which brings the total headcount at Infogain close to 5000 post-acquisition.

Infogain has its offices located in Washington, Texas, California, India, Dubai, and Singapore with the delivery centers in New Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Austin.

Infogain works with the clients to help accelerate the delivery of digital customer engagement systems with the cloud, RPA, AI, and microservices.
