Salesforce rolls out Customer 360 Truth, and Einstein Voice Assistant

Salesforce rolls out Einstein Voice Assistant

Salesforce has now rolled out the Customer 360 Truth, a new set of data and identity services that enable the companies to build a single source of truth across all of their customer relationships.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) nowadays is trying to come up with solutions that can help customers get all data on a single record. Salesforce’s new solution does just that with the help of its Customer 360 Truth.

The solutions help to connect the data from across the service, sales, marketing, and commerce to create Salesforce ID for each customer, notes the announcement.

Salesforce claims that its product enhances data management across the Salesforce apps and some other systems, and offers instant access to the consistent, reconciled customer data.

Executive Opinion

President, and Chief Product Officer, Salesforce, Bret Taylor, said, “Voice is a huge shift for the industry and will be as impactful in businesses as it’s been in our homes. With Einstein, Salesforce is bringing the power of voice to every business, giving everyone an intelligent, trusted guide at work.”
