Vlocity offers cloud-powered Media & Entertainment suite, GoMedia. The company will deliver cloud and mobile software while Deloitte will offer end-to-end cloud and digital transformation services.

Further, the offerings will try to deliver opti-channel content, services and products as a part of the digital commerce transformation strategy. These offerings will be based on data-driven, AI-enabled, self-serve and agent-assisted transaction processes.
