Awake Security secured $36 million in Series C Funding Round

Awake Security, Santa Clara based advanced network traffic Analysis Company, has recently secured $36 million in Series C funding round.

The round was led by the Evolution Equity Partners with the participation from the Liberty Global Ventures and Energize Ventures as well as existing investors Greylock Partners and Bain Capital Ventures.

Founded in 2014, Santa Clara based Awake Security offers a privacy-aware solution capable of visualizing behavioural, compliance incidents and mal-intent with the full forensics context. With this latest investment, the company has secured around $80 million, notes the announcement.

Awake Security's Latest Funding

The company, as of now, has plans to use the funding to accelerate expansion in areas which include the sales, marketing, and R&D. The funding will help the company to further accelerate the adoption of its Advanced Network Traffic Analysis Platform.
