Paradox secured $40 Million in Series B Funding from Brighton Park Capital
Paradox, an Arizona based conversational Artificial Intelligence platform, has now secured $40 Million in the Series B funding round.
Brighton Park Capital led the latest funding round. Post funding, Mike Gregoire, the Managing Partner at Brighton Park Capital, will join the Paradox, Board of Directors team.
Paradox was founded by Aaron Matos in 2016. It offers a conversational AI platform enabling HR and talent teams to automate administrative tasks and deliver real-time candidate and employee communications.
The platform is also collaboratively integrated with some of the leading recruitment and talent management systems, which include the SmartRecruiters, Workday, ADP, Cornerstone, TMP, and others.

Paradox's Latest Funding
The company, as of now, has plans to use the funds to accelerate product expansion, strategic acquisition, and market expansion.The startup serves more than 200 global enterprise clients, which includes Unilever, McDonald, and CVS Health. Since its inception in the year 2016, Paradox has grown to more than 140 employees across the globe.
