Lincode Labs Inc, a US, and Bangalore based AI-backed visual inspection startup has now secured seed funding round, reports BusinessWorld.

The funding amount is not disclosed.

Lincode Labs is a startup founded by the Rajesh Iyengar in the year 2017. It is a startup based on open source tools and technologies. The company works on AI, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, IoT, and others.

Lincode patent technology integrates automation and machine learning to enable the manufacturing industry to predict, identify, and eliminate product defects quickly and gradually.

In a BusinessWorld report, Rajesh Iyengar, the founder, and CEO of Lincode Labs said, "We've made great progress over the past year as evidenced by the platform's consistent growth. This round of financing will be instrumental as we continue to invest in our products and customer acquisitions in order to further fuel our growth. We want to make smart manufacturing lean and accessible to the MSMEs. We are also looking to enable seamless autonomous manufacturing and make ‘work from home’ easy and convenient for employees in the post-COVID-19 world."

Scott Shane, Founder, and CEO Come Back Capital, said, "Lincode’s ability to leverage best-in-class technology processes and deep tech industry expertise has enabled it to create a niche in the AI space. We are thrilled to invest in this partnership; Lincode has a dynamic management team and will prove to be a high-growth company."

Lincode Labs's Latest Funding

The round was backed by the RSCM LLC and Come Back Capital. The startup also received some of the additional funds via angel investment led by the Enfich Group.

The startup, as of now, has plans to use the new funds for product development, and sales & marketing activities.

The angel investment will be used for patent filing and business outreach.
