Salt Security secured $20 million in Series A Funding round from Tenaya Capital
Salt Security, a California based API security company, has now secured $20 million in Series A funding round.
Salt Security is founded by the Roey Eliyahu in the year 2016. It offers an API Protection Platform preventing the next-gen of API attacks, with behavioral protection. To date, the company has secured a total of $30 million in equity funding.
The technology has been integrated into Armis, City National Bank, and TripActions, among others.

Salt Security provides us with reliable, real-time, agile security to stop these attacks and protect critical customer data."
Salt Security's Latest Funding
The Tenaya Capital led the latest funding round. Other participating investors include existing investors Aya Peterburg and Haim Sadger, Co-Founders of S Capital.
Post funding, Tom Banahan, the Managing Partner at Tenaya Capital, will join Salt Security Board of Director’s team.
Sale Security intends to leverage newly raised funds for further product development and address new use cases. The company also plans to expand its sales & marketing to address new demand, notes the announcement.
