Zeitworks secured $4.5M in Seed Funding round backed by Madrona Venture Group
Zeitworks, a Washington and Los Angeles based provider of a machine learning-powered business process improvement platform, has now secured $4.5 million in a seed funding round.
The round was backed by the Madrona Venture Group, with participation from JAZZ Venture Partners and Spencer Rascoff, the CEO of Zillow and dot.LA.
Based in Seattle and Los Angeles, Zeitworks is founded by Ben Elowitz, Ryan, and Mathew. Zeitworks is developing a SaaS platform to discover, analyze and improve customer business processes, without interrupting users or requiring system integrations. The company uses Machine Learning to achieve this goal.
Executive Opinion
CEO Ryan Windham, at Zeitworks, said, "Now more than ever, businesses are under enormous pressure to be more efficient, but the work that teams do has been a black box; impossible to measure, let alone improve. With our innovative software solution, we can shine a light on all the work that gets done by teams within the enterprise -- to not only show the bottlenecks but also drive improvements in real-time."
Executive Board member at Zeitworks, Ben Elowitz, said, "The current method of business process improvement is ripe for disruption. It interrupts workflow, is expensive in terms of dollars and time and doesn’t empower employees to be part of the process. Zeitworks changes the game to use real-world data to find improvements for leaders and teams."
Zeitworks' Latest Funding
The solution discovers and measures business process execution step by step through the paths workers take in the course of ordinary work.
Post funding, Len Jordan, the Managing Director at Madrona Venture Group, will be going to join as the Zeitworks, Board of Directors team.
The company, as of now, has plans to use the new funds to build the engineering and product teams as it refines its product and brings it to the market.
