More about the Tin Roof acquisition

The deal is expected to close by the second half of 2020, subject to the satisfaction of regulatory review and some other conditions.

Cognizant said that the acquisition would expand its software product engineering footprint in the US.

Tin Roof experts will be merged with the employees of Cognizant Softvision, a Texas-based company that Cognizant acquired in 2018 to strengthen its custom digital products portfolio.
