Mphasis has received US patent for an AI system that tracks, manages, and analyses the data from unstructured sources.

The patented solution will help businesses optimize data aggregation and analytics across the digital and physical data sources.

It will also enable the enterprises to draw real-time, actionable insights from enterprise data sources such as call center transcripts, emails, broker submissions, insurance policy documents, customer complaints and bank statements.
