Honeywell reveals Cloud-powered solution to monitor End-To-End Fire Safety System

Honeywell has now launched its first set of tools under the connected life safety services (CLSS) cloud platform for fire safety systems.

The solutions help the customers remotely access and manage the fire safety systems. The solution leverages the Honeywell Forge platform enhancing safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with optimized commissioning and maintenance.

The real-time view from the cloud solutions allows the technician to troubleshoot a system well before reaching the site. This way, they could remotely determine the issue and reach the control panel with the right tools to service the system.

This will help to minimize disruptions, reducing the time needed to design, install, inspect, commission, and maintain the systems across the facilities.

CLSS tools can also capture testing activity automatically and generate suggested corrections actions and maintenance recommendations based upon the local regulations.

The launch of new tools will be useful at the time of the current industry situation, where the coronavirus pandemic has forced many organizations to operate with reduced maintenance staff and restrict access to their facilities.
