Kingfisher Plc selects TCS for its Digital Transformation Strategy
TCS has now announced its partnership with the Kingfisher to drive later's digital transformation strategy.
As a part of the deal, TCS will help Kingfisher with infrastructure support and application management services to accelerate and scale its transformation to a digital-first organization and drive efficiencies.

TCS and Kingfisher partnership
Kingfisher has been working with the TCS for strategic application services since the year 2012. The company used TCS' IT technology and business solutions to enhance customer and colleague experience. TCS helped Kingfisher to drive & scale its growth as well as with the modernization across the various lines of business.
Under the new partnership, TCS will use its Machine first delivery model (MFDM) to harness the power of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The goal is to improve agility, speed to market, and operational resilience for Kingfisher, notes the announcement.
The MFDM model is supported by ignio, which is autonomous enterprise software that will help to organize data across the augment human teams. Thus enabling Kingfisher with best in class business systems operations and providing an exponential business value.
