Yes Bank collaborates with Salesforce to accelerate Digital Transformation of Retail growth
Yes Bank has now announced that it has collaborated with Salesforce to build a retail lending technology platform for its retail assets portfolio.
Known by the name as Salesforce Loan Origination system for the purpose of retail banking, the solution would help the Yes Bank to offer personalized solutions and connected banking experiences for its customers.
The Salesforce powered system would also help Yes bank to increase its capability to process higher volumes of loan applications via better automation and API integrations while also eliminating the manual processes in the loan cycle.

With the help of this solution, the bank ecosystem which includes the builders, associates, partners, and manufacturers dealers will also be able to realize fulfillment at the point of sale origin.
While internally, all the bank employees which include the loan disbursement officers, relationship managers, and risk managers will going to have a unified view of their customer portfolio and be able to provide customized digital solutions.
The platform will also enhance the collaborative innovation within the bank, which provides the bank employees, loan disbursement officers, relationship managers, and risk managers with a unified view of their customer portfolio and improved agility in offering personalized digital solutions.
