Torch.AI secured $30 Million in Series A funding

Torch.ai, an AI company that leverages Machine Learning (ML) to enable high-performance data processing, has now secured $30 million in a Series A funding round.

Torch.ai was founded by Brian Weaver in 2017. It created a next-gen AI platform that understands and describes any data in atomic detail, both in memory and in motion. The software creates an intelligent Synaptic Mesh across an organization's data and systems by increasing the surface area of data for action and discovery.

Tosi WestCap Group led the latest funding round. Post funding, Tosi, will join the Torch.ai, Board of Directors team.

The company, as of now, has plans to use the new funds to enhance its proprietary technology, user experience, product design while continuing to expand in the US, notes the announcement.
