UPC Insurance drives Digital transformation with Duck Creek and Mindtree

Mindtree has now partnered with the insurance software maker Duck Creek technologies to improve the customer experience for UPC Insurance.

UPC Insurance is founded in 1999. It is an underwriter of catastrophe exposed property insurance in the coastal regions of the United States for commercial and personal properties.

Duck Creek offers its OnDemand SaaS solution for the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry. 

Mindtree and Duck Creek will implement Software as a Service (SaaS) powered core systems for UPC Insurance. The platform will leverage Duck Creek's OnDemand SaaS solution and will integrate functions of billing, data insights, policy, claims, and other insurance technology applications for UPC Insurance, notes the announcement.

Mindtree added that the product launches and updates at the UPC Insurance can now happen in weeks versus months. UPC Insurance can now also leverage analytics across the organizations to adopt an insights-driven approach in optimizing the customer experience, notes the announcement.
