Happiest Minds Technologies announces CyberArk powered Privileged Access Management as-a-Service
Happiest Minds Technologies has now signed a pact for a managed service provider agreement with security and access management giant, CyberAr to offer Privileged Access Management services.
CyberArk is a major leader in privileged access security, a critical layer of IT security to protect assets, data, and infrastructure across the enterprise, in the cloud, and throughout the DevOps pipeline.
Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems generally secure the user accounts with elevated permissions to critical and confidential corporate resources. Cybercriminals generally try to get access to privileged user accounts as they lead to high-value and confidential information.
According to the Market Research Future report, the global Privileged Access Management (PAM) Solutions Market expected to reach $12.07 billion by 2026 from USD 16.90billion in 2019.
Executive Opinion
Vijay Bharti, SVP & CISO, Happiest Minds Technologies, said, "We are pleased to work with CyberArk, and this agreement is in line with our vision to help our customers' complex security requirements through simplified, robust, and next-gen security solutions. With our strong domain expertise in Identity and Access Management, PAM services have always been core to Happiest Minds Security services, and our expanded relationship with CyberArk will further bolster our customers' defenses against advanced attacks targeting identities and credentials."
Des Powley, Head of global managed services at CyberArk, said, "The continued growth in our privilege-led Identity Security portfolio being offered as a set of managed services is a key route to market for CyberArk. The value that a strong MSP partner like Happiest Minds Technologies, with their track record in PAM provision and deep understanding of the technology underlying it, will be key for customers in new and emerging market sectors that are seeking to secure against identity-based attacks."
Happiest Minds and Privileged Access Management (PAM) as a Service
With Privileged Access Management as a Service, companies can implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems without huge upfront CapEx. PAM as a Service (Privileged Access Management as a Service) is an ideal mechanism for companies that do not enough resources for on-premise PAM solutions implementation.
Additionally, an organization can repurpose their resources to more high-value initiatives that would have otherwise required for maintaining Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems
Under the new pact with Cyberark, Happiest Minds will deliver next-gen end-to-end privileged access management (PAM) services to enable a secure digital transformation journey for customers worldwide.
The company will work with CyberArk to address the evolving need for credential management in multi-cloud environments, robotic process automation, DevOps pipeline, and some other segments via end-to-end consulting, maintenance, and implementation services.
The privileged access management (PAM) partnership comes amid growing cybersecurity-related concerns in the new normal, where the people working from home could become victims of unauthorized access, which results in a breach, notes the announcement.
