Pret A Manger selects Tech Mahindra to accelerate Digital Transformation deal

Tech Mahindra has now signed a 5-year contract with Pret A Manger to accelerate the British ready-to-eat food and beverage retailer’s digital transformation.

Pret A Manger is the retailer of high-quality, ready-to-eat sandwiches, salads, and drinks. As a part of the deal, Tech Mahindra will work as Pret a Manger's technology and digital transformation Partner.

Information Services Group worked as a technology advisory firm for Pret a Manger leading to the selection of Tech Mahindra, notes the announcement.

Tech Mahindra will create and implement a digital transformation program.  The goal of the digital transformation program is to align Pret a Manger's business strategy. The program will further enable Pret a Manger to transition to the global operating model.

The digital transformation deal will optimize and streamline Pret a Manger's IT infrastructure. Tech Mahindra will leverage cloud technologies, system, and data engineering for IT systems at Pret a Manger.

The partnership will help Pret a Manger to provide technical support to its shops and operations, notes the announcement.
