Toronto based Real Estate Investing platform, BuyProperly secured $2 Million funding

BuyProperly, Toronto based Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven fractional real estate investing platform, has now secured $2 million in funding.

Toronto headquartered BuyProperly is founded by the Khushboo Jha in the year 2019. The startup offers a fractional real estate investing platform allowing individuals to invest in real estate for a little as $2500. The real estate investing platform's proprietary AI evaluates around 1.5 million data points to identify high-yield real estate opportunities that can deliver above-average returns.

The round was backed by the Nurture Ventures with follow-on participation from the prominent angel investors and FastBreak Ventures.

The real estate investing platform will leverage newly raised funds to further develop its Artificial Intelligence-driven property identification model. Toronto based startup also intends to expand its national presence with properties in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Quebec, Ontario and add properties in the US to its proprietary distribution network, notes the announcement.
