LTI to acquire Pune based Cuelogic Technologies

Larsen and Toubro Infotech (LTI) has now signed an agreement to acquire Pune based digital engineering and outsourced product development company Cuelogic Technologies.

Cuelogic is founded by Nikhil Ambekar and Vikrant Labde in 2010. The company offers capabilities in digital engineering, specifically in developing cloud-native web and mobile apps. Cuelogic also runs innovation labs as a service for its customers in the India and USA

Cuelogic, which will be targeted into the digital practice of LTI, marks the company’s seventh acquisition.

The acquisition will see more than 300 employees, which is being added to LTI teams and will bolster its skillsets in DevOps, UX Consulting, IoT, AI Consulting, Cloud architecture, application modernization, and integration.
