Tech Mahindra and Nokia to augment 5G Wireless adoption globally

Tech Mahindra has recently partnered with Nokia to drive the 5G private wireless solutions adoption across the globe.

The partnership will see Tech Mahindra using Nokia’s private wireless solution – the so-called Digital automation cloud across the industries and help in automating the 5G private wireless network management on the cloud.

Tech Mahindra current suite for the 5G solutions includes Mining.NXT and Factory.NXT solutions from the NXT portfolio. Tech Mahindra said that the NXT is its strategy to focus on an IoT (Internet of Things) connected world to build networks for the future.

This, combined with Nokia’s DAC, is expected to benefit enterprise customers in the areas of 5G.

The collaboration is expected to help the organizations in the areas of entertainment, smart agriculture, transportation, gas, oil, and manufacturing.

Nokia’s DAC is an IT digital automation service platform that offers edge computing solutions, low latency 4.9G/LTE and 5G connectivity solutions.

It offers features such as radio network information, real-time information and health of the edge cloud. It can also be integrated with the 3rd party apps via an API.
