Tech Mahindra has recently collaborated with Yellow.ai, a Customer Experience automation platform, to develop next-gen conversational AI solutions.
The solution will help to elevate omnichannel capabilities such as Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management systems, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management.

Apart from enabling enterprises to offer personalized experiences to employees and customers, this collaboration will support a diverse set of solutions across a wide range of platforms which includes voicebots for love chats or conversational chatbots, ticket management, and email support.
These features will support the conversational surveys and campaigns, offer analytical insights, and enable customer experience automation & full stack experience automation for P2P, HR, and IT.
