AI healthcare startup Avenda Health secured $10 Million in Series B funding

Avenda Health, a Culver City-based AI healthcare company, has now secured $10 million in a Series B funding round.

Avenda Health was founded by Shyam Natarajan. It is creating a more personalized future for prostate cancer care. Using deep learning, its software platform maps a patient’s care in 3D, giving physicians precise information and the confidence to make care decisions.

The round was backed by VCapital with participation from the Wealthing VC Club and Plug & Play Ventures.

The company, as of now, has plans to use the new funds to accelerate the use of iQuest, an AI-enabled patient management software that identifies and visualizes a patient with prostate cancer and to continue clinical evidence development.
